Experience “The BST System” – Burn, Strengthen and Tone BST focuses on the following fitness concepts: Cardiovascular - When you exercise regularly, you can increase your cardiovascular fitness as your heart becomes more efficient at pumping blood and oxygen to the body (running, jumping rope, etc). Isometrics - muscle building exercises involving muscular contractions against resistance without movement (planks, resistance bands, etc). Core Training - strengthening your abdominal, back and hip muscles which are used for stability. Your power production comes from your core strength.
